My manager and I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the Vice President of this company, Fumiko Morozumi. She was very unprofessional, reacted angrily and did not listen to a word myself or my manager had to say. I went out of my way for two weeks trying to find contact information for this woman to let her know about something that otherwise would have been forgotten about due to the incompetence and ignorance of Ms. Morozumi. After I did find contact information regarding a package of Ms. Morozumi's, I called to let her know about it and that I would like to assist her with getting this package to its appropriate destination. She Immediately reacted with anger, blaming us. She would not here a word from us, and then proceeded to file a complaint to Corporate, and now my manager is suffereing the consequences of my dedication to this customer. This woman needs a lesson in respect and humility in my opinion.
