Not impressed at all. My doctor was late I had to wait longer than I should have. When she gets here she's running behind so she doesn't spend hardly any time with me (3 min) It seemed like I was an inconvenience in her day and that I wasn't worth talking to. I did not feel that she cared about my health at all. She went way too fast and did not ask enough good questions. When I did not quite understand what she said and I asked for clarification she just made me feel stupid for not knowing. So I did not feel comfortable asking her for more help or giving her more information about myself. Her body language was terrible. I sat in the doctor's office waiting room after sitting in the waiting room. I saw dr. Senters credentials and how long he's been in the business and I thought I might of found somebody that cares about my health and help me find a solution to my issues. Unfortunately I got some young Harvard snobby little brat who think she knows everything instantly. Show me listen to my problems long enough to figure out what drug to prescribe. She said do you want any other prescriptions. No, I want a good doctor. Someone who cares someone who is a little more interested in my health. If I could say anything good it was that she gave me one good piece of advice I haven't heard before. When I asked her for any other good advice that she might have for me.... she says oh no you'll have to go through a 11 years of medical school to get that information. I can't think of a more stupid comment for a smart person to say . She was amused at it, I was not. That comment is the reason for this review. No I don't have to go through 11 years of medical school, I have to find a doctor that gives a shiz about helping people, unfortunately you're not one of them I hope this changes for her and her patients sake. It didn't seem like she like her job or helping people maybe she should find a different career. Dr. Miller you make a lot of money to help people, please do a good job, your job is important people depend on you. Don't be in a hurry take more time ask better questions period when somebody is confused don't make them feel like an ass for asking. Not everybody is a doctor or a professional in that field. If you needed my help with my profession I would not treat you like you treated me I would have spent more time ask better questions and I would not have been in a hurry. And I work with inanimate objects. You work with people so im not sorry for such a harsh review, you need it. I hope this improves your performance. I loved the staff. They were super nice and were willing to set up a payment plan for me. The Doctor herself that I was seen by just seemed to act nonchalant about everything and all my questions. Nice office though! The account manager at Dr Senters office has always been willing to take payments on my account, and has always asked if I want a credit card receipt mailed to me. When I called and told them I lost my job, the guy that handles the patient accounts told me to stop making payments until I found another job. Also, when My insurance tried to get out of paying for my skin cancer treatment, the girl that works in billing went above and beyond to make them pay. When I told them I could not come in because my insurance would not pay, they worked with me and made me feel welcome. I love the staff and the doctor that saw me. I called with question about my bill, the lady (Tasha) in billing first, hung up on me. Then, she was mocking me. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Then, Dowle comes on the phone to justify Tasha's rudeness... What a bunch of unprofessional people. I won't be using this place ever again. They need to train their staff with good costumer service skills. This Doctor was pleasant, very informative, kind and helped me make a good decision for me. Great staff, great Doctor.
