We love ACP. The receptionists are polite, and a couple know us on site and have us checked in as soon as they are us. We see Susan Alford and we just adore her! She is patient with the kids, and quickly earns their trust. My son is a huge fan of her. I never thought we would look forward to having to make trips to see a pediatrician but Susan had definitely made it so that we do. Love, love, love ACP. I went in because I'm very prone to getting strep throat and when i do get strep throat there is usually white patches but this time there were white patches with chunks of blood. I was hoping she would swab my tonsils and run a test but all she told me was to gargle warm water with salt (which i already have been doing) waste of money and time. I told her my throat was starting to hurt a little and she tells me "your throat probably hurts now because you saw that you had patches on your tonsils, and it didn't hurt before because you didn't know it was there." who says that? if a patient says there throat is starting to hurt you don't talk to them like it's all just in there head. My daughter has been going here for over a year and I have never been more pleased with a pediatricians office. Even if I've had to make same-day appointments they have been more than accommodating, and make sure my daughter is incredibly comfortable. I would give more except there is a receptionist that is very rude and has no phone etiquette. She has a look on her face that she is pissed of she is there and she talks to people as if they are not worthy of her time. What a shame.. The doctors are great though. Katie Butler, FNP is who our kids see. She's great! I highly recommend her. She is very patient with kids and is very personable. She took the time to listen to our concerns and communicated with us in a respectful manner. I feel very comfortable having our children under her medical care. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and friendly, then go here and ask for Katie. I was also very impressed with Molly at the front desk who provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in answering all the questions I had.
