Kind front desk staff and quick scheduling. Dawn and Doctor Moreland made me feel safe and comfortable while they assessed a couple of suspicious moles. Dawn provided me great after care instructions and insured that I understood. Strongly recommended. After struggling with a skin condition that I couldn't get to clear up, I have seen a Doctor at Ak Center for Dermatology and gotten a diagnosis and treatment plan. The entire staff has been friendly, competent and professional. Megan has a warmth, kindness and sensitivity that helps make my twice weekly visits a pleasurable experience. They always get me in and out in a timely manor. The Doctor took time to answer my questions and gave me written information as well as treatment options. This has been a very positive experience for me; one that I had initially been dreading. Dr. Peter Ehrnstorm was great. He takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you have. The procedure went pretty quick with little discomfort. Went in for a small bump on my husbands neck. The PA Was in the room not even 2 minutes, felt his neck and said she was referring us across the hall. We were appalled to pay $160 for a referral and absolutely zero information. We definitely won't be returning. I saw Dr. Mooreland and his assistant Rachel (not sure of title) recently and was impressed with the care I received. They were professional, thorough and kind. I recommend this office for those looking for dermatology care in Alaska.
