I cannot say enough good things about this place. I almost consider it my second home. The front desk, the doctors, the massage therapists.... they are all top notch! My only disappointment is that I didn't discover this place sooner in my life. They ALL care about you and you feel awesome, healthy and loved when you leave there! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give them! My experience at that place wasn't good, is like the lowest place I been, and specially the person maria Kennedy that need to have more knowledge about how treat people.also they overcharge me and never apologize for that. Sad they lie about be good. Love this place! I take my baby here for checkups Excellent front desk service, Dr. Abbott is awesome, and the massage therapists are amazing. Had issues with insurance billing but they worked with me until it was resolved. I was very impressed with my visit to the Natural Health Center. The employees at the front desk were exceptionally kind and professional. I had an issue with what my insurance would cover, and the billing department took the time to talk with my insurance and figure out exactly what services I could receive under my policy. I met with the Nurse Practitioner Jennifer. I have seen many different doctors in varying fields, but Jennifer was one of the best. She is very skilled and has an extensive knowledge base in many different areas of medicine. She was not hesitant to recommend options in both western medicine and alternative medicine. It is rare to find someone who is open to both and has the background and skill to intelligently explain options. She took the time to listen to my medical background and really try to understand me as a whole person. Overall, I have rarely had a visit to a doctor's office where I came away having felt so much compassion and care by the entire office.
