I came back from vacation with TERRIBLE ear pain from flying. I got in quickly, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor has a great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend her. She diagnosed me wrong twice. She did not do lab testing before having me endure expensive not needed treatment, which would have ruled out the first wrong diagnose she gave me. She did not look at my family history or read the results right before she gave me a second wrong diagnoses. She never addressed the problems or the reason I came in to she her. However she was able to get me in quickly and now I know why. I now am left having to pay more money to see a new ENT. AND sit with the pain until I can get in to see a new ENT. My review is this don't waste your time.
