I have been working with Dr. Girboth for Asthma, and Sleep Apena for over two years. He is kind. He takes time to explain information. He listens. I have to request medical documentation often and for multiple sources. The staff and processing manager have been quick to respond, patient, caring, and helpful in helping me get the documents needed and sent. Alicia has been great at getting my prescription field, medical equipment taken care of with my insurance, getting information to my doctor and is simply amazing. When I call the office I'm not on hold very long. No matter how complicated the request their team will find the answer. STAY AWAY! All they want is your money. If you're sick, don't waste your time, your health, or your money at this place. They have never once notified me of any of my lab results. One week I called them 3 different days requesting lab results and they only called back after my 4th call when I told them if they didn't call me back my next communication with them would be very unfriendly. I had biopsies done 3 weeks ago, the doctor said he wanted me to have a follow up appointment. They never called me to set one up after the procedure, they never returned my calls when trying to set one up. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, not even a little. Can't get a call back no matter how many times you try. Forget this place and find another healthcare provider. The office staff is really bad. I tried to get my lab results and they wouldn't give them to me. Which is really scary because my medication had to be changed. Another time they sent me to the lab and never sent a lab slip. I waited for an hour, missed work and nobody would tell me the truth which is that it was never ordered by the doctor. I called and complained to the manager and the doctor called to tell me I was being rude to them. Rude to them? I pay like $200 a visit for them to screw up my medical record, not answer the phones, not tell the truth, not actually fax anything. This place is a damn zoo, which is super scary because this is a medical facility.... and ummm... lives are at stake. This isn't a nail salon, its a doctor's office. I will keep this short, even though I could write a couple paragraphs. This is the worst ran medical office I've ever been to. I am canceling my future appointments and procedures and will not return.
