Some of the most kind hearted people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! Amazing quality of care. Knowledgeable, informative providers. I personally see Rachel Coleman, PA-C, and I trust her with my life. She is fantastic. Every single person in this office dedicates their time to doing whatever they can to helping their patients. Whether it be a refill request, answering a phone call, sending a referral, I have never been let down. I would recommend this office to anyone. Quick and nice staff, but charge waaaaay too much for basic things. My boys and I see Dr Julie Wilson. She is amazing. Even though she isn't a ped, I take my boys to her. 3 stars for the doctor but less than one for front office or PAC. Incompetent, inconsiderate, uncommunicative, and downright uninterested in who they see. Get them in and get them out as fast as possible. Needed to speak to a doctor, took 2 days before they called back, though I suspect this was do to the front office not relaying the message. Lack of communication between referrals led to confusion as to why we were even there. Led to other problems that caused unnecessary procedures which caused unnecessary worry as well as cost. Front office staff take it upon themselves to make comments about treatment that they are neither qualified for nor appropriate to make. Very unprofessional. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Do not invest your time, money, or peace of mind with these people. I've been seen here numerous times by most of the doctors and I am always happy with the level of service that is provided to me. The front counter, doctors, etc are all very professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a family practice that cares about their patients and their medical needs than this is your place. I've been going to Hillside Family Medicine for 5+ years now and I couldn't imagine being seen at another practice.
