What an insensitive doctor and his assistant Renee. Thanks to medicaid,you can't see your provider in person & its so easy to lie over a phone,its amazing. He is my only option for surgery here in Alaska, all I can imagine is the worst case scenario, when I was told I can question the doctor for up to an hour if needed, but instead of answering my questions, he simply handed the phone to the assistant to answer anymore questions. This is not a doctors visit & medicaid shouldn't even pay for it when the doctors not even on the phone for 10 minutes!
