No matter what your symptoms are, Chris Anne will find the cause and help you get back on track. I've never seen this level of care in Alaska, many thanks to Chris. This place is a joke. Chris has a very limited knowledge and the only thing she cares about is how to take your money. I've never seen such an unprofessional "doctor" in my entire life. Avoid by any means. Chris Anne MacDonald is very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and helpful.She will go out of her way to help you with what you need. I needed Botox injections for nerve issues (blepherospasms) with my eyes and even though she hadn't used Botox for that issue before, she did the injections and it worked like a charm. Her technique is awesome and I could barely feel the injections at all. I highly recommend her to anyone. Chris Ann was the first provider that took my symptoms and complaints seriously. I had seen a PA, NP, a naturopath and 5 physicians including 2 specialists who all claimed ,"You are fine". You know, as long as you aren't sick or dying, you are "fine", right? One even tried to refer me for mental health. In contrast, after just 1initial appointment, Chris Ann nailed the diagnosis and helped me on my way to optimal wellness. She wants you to look and feel your best. She takes her time with you and really cares. I was in her office for a full hour on my first visit. (The one star rater had a problem with the long waits but I'm glad to wait if it means I am going to get a lot of attention from her. I have waited much longer in other offices only to get 5 minutes with the doc.) If you have urgent needs, go to the ER or a doc in the box. If you want to look 10 years younger, feel 10 years younger, find the root causes for your problems-not just patch them with a never ending cycle of pharmaceuticals, go see Chris Ann. Chris Anne is friendly, she listens, and you will get better. This clinic is the only one in Anchorage currently that combines adjunctive and holistic types of therapy with traditional western medical thought. They are sharp, effective and open minded to new strategies for treating common ailments. I could not be more pleased to be a patient here, and look forward to my next visit.
