Smooth, efficient, and friendly. One time visit and I really appreciated them, happy to recommend. I went to this place a few days ago, worried that might cold was turning to pneumonia. After taking my info, I waited maybe 20 mins until they brought me in. I described my symptoms to the nurse, he recommended an X-ray, so we did that. The doc came in and said it's probabably pneumonia, prescribed me some antibiotics (which they filled right there) and I was out the door about an hour after I arrived. The staff was friendly and empathetic, and the service provided was so reasonably priced that I asked if they'd missed something. It sucks to come 4000 miles to Alaska and get sick, but I'm glad the Alpine Urgent Care team was there for me when I needed them. Thank you all! Came here on 4/8/17 at around 8pm due to my 4 yr old having trouble breathing. Received far better service and results here than at the pediatrician office and the ER. Front end young lady ... OUTSTANDING! Physician assistant lady... OUTSTANDING! My daughter saw Kevin Isakson MD this man has a gift treating kids! I truly wish he could be her Pediatrician. Absolutely love this place. This will always be my first stop before the ER! Amazing employees/doctors, and relatively fast service. Don't see myself getting seen anywhere else for a while. I don't think this urgent care is even worthy of one star. Apparently if your file is flagged without you knowing Dr. Black will inform you in the lobby that they don't give out narcotics there, even without knowing why you're there in the first place (physical therapy for a knee.) I don't care if no one is in the lobby it's really unprofessional to make your patients feel so uncomfortable in front of your receptionists who regardless if they're under HIPPA or not no one should be treated that way! In the end they made her wait 25 more mins in the lobby for her to walk out feeling embarrassed without care.
