Dr. Wang and her staff were terrific and made me feel very at ease. She answered all my questions and concerns. My surgery and recovery went perfectly. It's brought me 100% improvement. Thank you, Dr. Wang! My husband has been a patient of Dr. Allen's , for many years. Way before his affiliation with the Alaska Urological Institute. I as his spouse, have been treated with respect. There have been several occasions that we have had to reschedule his appointments. I have never felt that it was an inconvenience. From the time my husband arrives for his appointment until the conclusion, he is treated with the utmost respect. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help in any way that they can. I for one, am very grateful for Dr. Allen and his staff. As is my husband. The staff are impolite and make a lot of mistakes. I was charged 3 times for a single blood sample. Took about 5 phone calls to get it straightened out. The actual doctors are good, though, and my procedure went very well. However, I had to wait two hours past my appointment to be seen. The entire experience was draining. Save yourself the money. These people are overpriced and advertised as a GP. They are far from it! Do not go here for a routine doc visit! BEWARE! This place is totally overrated! Waited in line for an hour and a half with my husband to see his doctor, even though we were on time for his appointment. And this is not the first time! Poor customer service, this place is expensive and on top of that, they treat their patients like cattle! Very sad and disappointing experience, what happened to this place over the years...
