They gave me a tour of the shop on my first visit and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. First impression was very clean, professional, and they had great style. My tattoo was done quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Definitely satisfied! Had my first experience at SDI last month. Got a small palm tree on my wrist, nothing too complicated. Warren, who owns the business along with his wife, was dwindling and very willing to do the tattoo. The entire process was easy and relaxing. They even provide snacks and entertainment while you wait. Warren took my idea and put more effort in than I imagined. The tattoo came out beautifully and impressive detail. I will CERTAINLY be returning for future artwork from SDI. Warren did my Batman and Nightwing he did an awesome job and everyone the shop was super friendly and chill I’ll definitely be going back if I get more ink while up here in Alaska This place is amazing. I went in with an idea for a cover up and Warren was able to make it happen and make it look better than I hoped for. I would recommend anyone wanting to get their tattoo done to get it done by Warren. Whether its your first tattoo or how ever many tattoos you have this is the place to go. He does excellent work from start to finish. I can't wait to get more work done! I walked into the shop the other day and asked to get a septum piercing, I was able to leave with my piercing within 20 minutes! Everyone I talked to was extremely nice, and Rachael was just a sweetheart. She talked me through everything that she was doing, and was very professional and clean. They gave me a brochure with instructions on how to keep my piercing clean, and it had Rachael's business card stapled on so I can reach her if I need help. The shop was very clean and professional looking, I'm only going to go to this shop for my piercings now.
