My interactions have only been restricted to online, but based on my observations on forums (and my own experience through ordering) she is always excited to help out and do what she can. For example, Shocker's website made it really easy to determine sizing for Smith Scabs pads by having an easy to read table. Unlike the actual manufacturer's website which provided multiple measurements that were slightly less easy to understand but more importantly hard to find in some instances. 2N1 will definitely be one of my go to spots for gear! Excellent service, very helpful and knows what she is talking about. Helped me get some vintage skates revived. I highly recommend you buy local and go check out the shoppe. Great locally owned skate shop. Shocker is super knowledgeable on all the things roller derby. She hooked me up with proper safety gear and helped me upgrade my skates. Definitely check her out for all your roller derby needs. Incredible selection. Good prices. Very knowledgeable staff. My go to place for my skateboard and roller derby accessories.
