The staff is a very knowledgeable and helpful. They also informed me of upcoming sales on products I was considering purchasing so I could take advantage of the discounts. Very friendly/knowledgeable staff, lots of high end gear. Got a great deal on a good pair of hiking boots. Outstanding gear (especially Nordic), knowledgeable and friendly staff, competitively priced, locally owned, and they support local youth outdoor activities. Locally owned outdoor sports outfitter manned by Alaskans who actually hike, hunt, climb, ski, board and etc. If you need gear this is a great place.
