My wife and I had a great experience on buying our vehicle here. I usually dread going to car lots but Adam was great, genuine and there was no pressure at all. Pedro was very friendly chatting with us as we went over the paper work too. I would definitely shop here again and recommend them to family or friends. My cousin was looking for a vehicle and we saw this 2002 Honda Accord coupe for sale at a pretty good price so we went and looked at it and Pedro the owner was great. Test drove it and liked it but we went and looked at another vehicle but that fell through so I texted Pedro and had him hold the car and he did. I had asked for the car fax and he said he would print it up but we both forgot among me and my cousin looking at the other vehicle and us doing the paperwork for the Honda. It's been a month and so far the car runs good. No major issues. The only issue I have right now is my own fault. I paid the 40$ to pull the car fax and it was stolen back in 2003 out of Washington for 10 days and went to auction. Then in 2011 was involved in an accident involving the left side of the vehicle. Wasnt enough damage to total the car. We were never aware of this accident until today. I had never been aware of this issue. Had I been aware we probably would've looked at another car to buy. In the future I may go back to delta car connection but I Will definitely look at the car fax next time. But other then my issue Pedro was absolutely great throughout the process. Wasn't pushy and didn't try to get us to look at anything we couldn't afford. I give a 4 star rating for those reasons. It was a pleasure shopping at Delta. Pedro is a character and our salesman Adam has a no pressure approach which I liked. All in all the best car buying experience I’ve had and I look forward to buying from these guys in the future. My daughter and I went there to purchase a vehicle for her, she already had one picked out and test drove it. Pedro made sure we left with it!! He worked with us to get her the car she wanted, definitely going to recommend his company to others!! Flew to Anchorage from Fairbanks after window shoppping online for a month and deciding on a truck from Delta Car Connection. Once there, we were able to inspect and test drive right away. Truck had a couple little imperfections, but ran so great and was marked at such a good rate we decided to buy. Adam had all the paperwork prepared for us by the time we got back from the bank (10 minutes away), explained the warranty we bought in detail, was personable, and even helped load building material in the truck from my bosses truck. Drove to Fairbanks with zero problems, and would absolutely go buy from them again.
