These guys really stand behind their products. I bought an exercise bike, and after riding it for a few weeks found that it wasn't fitting me very well. They went above and beyond to exchange this for a different model, even though it was outside of the return window. They were very helpful throughout and let me know that my satisfaction was their top priority. They're always accessible and friendly - a pleasure to deal with. Website is less than user friendly. Store is located in Alaska, so naturally a customer would believe that purchasing a product online from this store would allow for shipping within the state of Alaska. Nope. I guess that means that there could be a chance of buying fitness equipment from this store if I drive 330 miles south to find out. Sure would be nice to be able to purchase online and have the product shipped without a nearly 700 mile expedition. Great experience. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and the highest quality equipment available! We are lucky to have this locally owned store! Quality equipment, competitive price, exceptional customer service. Planned to buy treadmill, either Precor or True, & had thoroughly researched prior to going in. GM Dean answered questions & demonstrated features on various models in detail. Had super nice True TM before, but this time went with Precor 9.33. Brennan took care of shipping this one to Fbx for us via Lynden; reasonable freight, arrived overnight. Live in Anchorage and will shop outside if quality product at competitive price isn't avail here. Not the case for fitness equipment. Treadmill is excellent & sales experience as good as it gets.
