I purchased a bike last month, very helpful staff. I actually walked out of another store the day before because i couldn't get any assistance. I Test rode several bikes before making a decision, even changed sizes on the bike I eventually purchased. It was as important to them that I found the right bike as it was to me. Guys in service were super quick with installing $400 worth of accessories too. Awesome guys great shop. I needed a new chain for a 40 year-old Bottecchia and some brake cable and housing for a refurbish job. I was in and out in 20 mins and one of the repairmen installed the chain. This is where to go when you want service and knowledge. Thanks Paramount! Cool shop with a local vibe. The staff are always friendly and beyond helpful.
