I LOVE going to LUSH! I love how everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have little ones who always enjoy going because they treat my children with the same kindness as the adult customers. I waited to give this review just to make sure that I had gone a few times and could write on more than just one visit. I have been several times. Sometimes I just drop by to say hi because they have been so friendly to us. This is a great place to shop. I have been a customer of Lush for 3 +years. I have made youtube video demos of different bathbombs, bubble bars, soap. I have tried all 4 lip scrubs but the butter popcorn one i dont own cuz it just isnt my style. I have used the shower gels, fresh face masks, & bath melts. Everything smells so so so good. They are expensive so its not my everyday choices of beauty products but I love the take baths couple times a months and so the one thing i would reccomend trying are any of the yummy smelling, pretty colored bath bombs.... The staff are always helpful and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming. Jay helped me pick out some cool bath bombs and was awesome. Will definitely be returning in the near future. On March 6, 2017 around 6-7 PM: Me and my sister went to Lush to look for the "Vanishing Cream", when we entered Lush, there were only 2 employees in the store talking, no customers. The 2 employees just ignored us, didn't even say "Hi" or "Welcome". We just walked around hoping they would ask us if we needed help, they just kept ignoring us. We spent 10 minutes there just looking at them ignoring us the whole time, continuing their personal conversation, then we decided, maybe they are just plain rude and racist so we walked out and they dare say Thank you for visiting to us. Disgusting! Very rude and unhelpful staff!! The half-black male associate pushed into my wife and I twice and demanded for us to get out of his way. Very expensive prices. Weird and below-average quality products. Never going here again.
