Always great service. These guys know bikes and get me back on the trails quick. I would highly recommend! Any real bike servicing, I only bring it to them. My favorite bike shop!! Great service and so much more. I love how involved they are in the biking community with sponsorships and participation. I am able to participate in the Bike for Women this year because they chose me for a free spot in the full event! Thanks Chain Reaction!! They have good stuff. The tech's are knowledgeable. Not the fastest turn around, but quality work. I had a few times that the guys here were not interested in helping me, but but the last time I was here I was in the market for a new bike. The guy was nice, but the bike I test rode was not properly set up as I quickly found out the whole stem and handle bar set up was not tightened. The guy was definitely embarrassed about that one! My two favorite bike shops are Speedway and the Trek store. They are both super chill and willing to please. Knowledgeable staff, great products, clean and bright store!
