Great downtown location, close to great restaurants and watering holes. Beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. Most importantly, it was clean. I would stay there again. Room was nice, however they stole my tablet. They gave me a free night to compensate but that's not really the point. Willing to play roulette with the housekeeping? Staff is great. Hotel is convenient. We are here one night and off to Denali with Greylines in the am. Rooms need updating and are small. Linens seem fine. Furniture and carpet soiled. Location is great and staff was friendly. It was a place to sleep while waiting for our actual vacation to start. But otherwise it was meh. The rooms were very adequately sized, but needed some updating and the lobby looked more budget than average. Didn't eat or use the facilities there. Our fan was loud in our room, fortunately the temperature was nice so we just turned it off. The downtown location is convenient. The staff is helpful. The rooms are clean, although they look somewhat shabby. The hotel needs some updating. The mattress is comfortable, room is not too small and have small balconies.
