Extremely filthy. Would not recommend if you have elderly, children, or a weak immune system. Mold and mildew is clearly growing on the stairwells along with other various food stains and bacteria. Stairs creak and shake every step you take and sound like they will collapse any day. The management is rude beyond belief and will start to harass you every time you walk threw the lobby for more money even when up to date. The kitchen looks like it hasnt been properly cleaned in months with burnt food and sauces rotting on the stove, pans, and counter tops. Risk of cross contamination and food poisoning is extremely high. Kitchen stove is located right next to laundry and dryer used for entire motel along with chemicals/ bleach used to clean clothing. Over priced wasger and dryer for clean laundry. Water pipes are exposed and management will yell at you if you leave your window, door open for to long. Outside is absolutely disgusting. Walkway has obviously never been cleaned. There is no way to get back inside motel once out of the side door aside threw the lobby. Management will yell at you if you crack door open when its 5° outside. The rooms are the worst part with exposed electrical items covered in packing tape as a "quick fix". The walls are so dirty they are more gray then white at this point. Toilet was NOT cleaned before check in!!! Window is broken and can not close properly as winter is about to set in. The out dated box tv from the '90s doesn't work with the remote provided and turns off when we turn the volume down. Three bulbs were burned out when we arrived in the room. A light socket has not been properly mounted and is drooping the side. HEATER DOES NOT WORK. Microwave was not cleaned out and had food stains rotting on the inside of the screen. The sheets are itchy and the blanket is thin and tacky. DO NOT COME HERE. GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY AND THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND WILL HARASS YOU AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR MONEY. Looks like it has seen better days. NO, NO, NO and again NO! Don't stay here. It's very dirty place. And it not a cheap place to stay (fee reached $117/night as if it were a 4 star hotel). We are spent money for buying our own bedding set, furniture covers, cleaning supply and time to clean the room. 9 days was without any housekeeping. Many safety issues, like chemicals are scattered along the walls (we had 11 month baby and watched her all the time,erected barriers from our travel bags , because she could easily take that chemicals into her mouth). Old food in the refrigerator, dirty radiators, hairs in the bed, a stove and a trash can lid were in food waste and many many other issues. Windows were open all the time, otherwise in the room smelled bad. Needs a health warning sticker at the door. the front desk manager is one of the worst DO NOT stay here.. Seriously, spend a LITTLE extra money and stay some where else in Anchorage. HORRIBLE customer service.
