The room was spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen was a nice benefit for those who don't want to eat TV dinners or eat out. For a nice touch they included some dishes in the cupboard. Staff was friendly and helpful. My singular complaint was the lack of cable TV however with free Internet there were plenty of entertainment options. Epically OK!. A really nice and well taken care of property. The staff is fantastic in every aspect. The rooms were big with huge ceilings and a gave a feeling of warmth and comfort. Reasonable prices and a fine staff make for a great stay. I'll be back!!! Do no let the name Suites fool you. This place is more like a roadside no-tell motel. The room is passably clean in a pinch or if your short on cash. The bed is comfy enough to get a descent nights sleep and the staff is friendly. It's pretty rundown or possibly in the process of being upgraded. Truck got broke into and robbed in their parking lot. Girlfriend lost thousands of dollars worth of clothes and other personal belongings. Their cameras were not working. Staff indicated they haven’t worked for a really long time. Lady at the front said she has asked for the owner to fix them but has been ignored. The shower had hair on the walls and used shampoo bottles laying about. Obviously wasn’t cleaned. I would never stay at this or any Alex hotel and suites ever again. Extra large room with basic furnishings. Breakfast is free, but very simple. Housekeeping service ran really late, one time when we came back at 5pm, they were still cleaning the room; next day, they came at 4:15pm, and they can't come back at later time, so we only asked for clean towels without cleaning the room.
