Very impressed with the whole experience. Mark is great to deal with. The fact that we didn’t feel like we were at a car lot made the buying experience awesome. We visited every place in Anchorage that sold mattresses, almost didn’t go to Ultimate, but glad we did! No pressure to buy, no pushy staff and very knowledgeable about the products! Mark C. was very knowledgeable and got me dialed into the mattress I ended up buying. Looking forward to better sleep upon replacing my 23 year old mattress. At the time it was top of the line. Mattress technology has changed much over the decades and was impressed to see and feel the difference. Great service! If you go there I suggest you ask for Mark. Mark had a vast amount of knowledge about all of the mattress brands and helped us pick out the type of bed that we asked for without being pushy or trying to up sell us to a higher price mattress when we were only looking for a very specific type of bed within a specific price. Great service Mark! Your boss has a great employee on the team. Loretta was very helpful and courteous when I came in to try out some pillows. Great customer service and a wonderful selection. Unfortunately the stock was low, so I have to wait to get my new pillow. The store needs to realize that we are a big city.! We had an amazing experience. Our sleep specialist Kristy was informative and wasn't pushy at all. She helped us take our time trying mattresses and found us the most perfect bed, and at $60.00 a month it was completely reasonable to work into our budget. The ultimate mattress store is the place to go if you need a new mattress.
