This use to be my favorite place but no more. Here's my 2 cents worth. Bald guy behind front desk very rude unless your younger and a pretty girl. Hallways real of bad odors. Towels are few and far between and old and stained. Homeless people living outback in rear parking lot with big dogs. Today I walk in and there's a homeless girl in hallway with big grey pitbull dog trying to warm up inside. So sad. This hotel has completely lost my business for good. The rooms were pretty big and the bed was comfortable. Being near the airport is a huge plus as well. I was disappointed in their pet policy (you can't leave the pet unattended), but I was very grateful for their honesty about it at the front desk. This hotel has rooms which allow smoking, so walking down the hallway had the scent if cigarettes. The walls were a bit thin, as I could frequently hear the lady next door talking (I assume on her phone). The staff was super friendly and so very helpful though. I would go again if I didn't have a pet with me. Five minute drive from the airport, hotel offered a free shuttle. Rooms were clean and ready before check-in time. Hotel staff were great. Had an issue with another guest and the laundry facilities (2 washers and 1 dryer working at the time) who thought she was the only one allowed to do her laundry when we put the loads in at the same time and then she did another wash load and refused to share the dryer. Hotel staff were great with the situation and offered to dry our laundry in their machines for free, they really made a difference in our stay! For the price this hotel charges ($189/night) it should be better. All the rooms (as you can see in the other reviews), even if you ask for a non smoking room, smell so much to cigarette, all the way from the hallway to the room. Breakfast area is a Joke, there can't be more than 4 people in it when you can't walk there anymore. I'd recommend searching for more options before booking here. Very nice, quiet location. No bars and off main rds. So not much noise.
