They had only 1 hot tub room and the hot tub wasn't working. After ascertaining it could not be fixed in time they called around found me some options and paid for the option I picked. Even though I ended up at the Embassy Suites, it was due to the combined efforts of Hampton and Embassy that made my stay fantastic. Located on a very loud road. Hotel seemed dated and falling apart. Service was good, price was too high for such a dated and dirty hotel. The Asian guy working at night was very creepy. Will not stay here again, I do not recommend this place by any means. Nice place. Centrally located. Beds are to hard and pillows are to soft. Free breakfast is good. Stayed 3 nights. The rooms and facilities were nice. Breakfast was also good. The only issue we encountered was at checkout time at 12pm, i got caught putting out fires at work. Wasn't able to checkout till 12:12, however from 12pm to 12:08pm we had two knocks from two different staff members seeing if we were checked out. Each was told in 5 min. Then a phone call as well asking why we weren't checked out yet. By 12:08pm! I found that over the top. Hotel was nice and fine. Very loud air conditioning, but not too annoying. Kinda acted like white noise but was just a little wierd. Nothing too bad at all. Free breakfast is a nice plus not available at all other hotels here. Overall good hotel. Nothing amazing, and meet all my expectations.
