We stayed late Aug 30- Sept. 1. and again Sept 8. We found this to be a nice place to stay, the breakfast was what I would expect for a hotel chain. It was nice, hot and actually good. The staff was always very pleasant, the shuttle drivers were awesome. Had a nice relaxing stay. rooms were clean, the lobby bathrooms were also very clean. Thanks for a great stay. :) Will stay again when we go back. Extremely nice staff and the shuttle service was great. The location left a lot to be desired. I was there several days and only had the included breakfast once. I could not believe that there was not one restaurant, bar/ lounge or grocery/ liquor store within a reasonable walking distance. Nice place, fun staff. Pool is clean and warm, love the 9pm cookies they have at desk Excellent location, away from downtown but a short walk away. Perfect for those planning on traveling on the Alaskan Railroad. Located next the peaceful Ship's River with a path to walk and the Bridge Seafood restaurant for authentic local food. Breakfast was better than most, with breakfast meats, cheese omelet, fruit, pastries along with the regular items found for breakfast. Very clean, nice accommodations. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff were friendly. The only downsides we had were the drain in our shower was very slow and they did not kick children out of the pool for the adult only swim after 10 pm.
