Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and has reasonable rates. Adjacent is a restaurant called Piper's that serves good food! Staff was great, breakfast was top notch. Piper's Sports Bar had cold beer, good food...and amazing clam chowder. Rooms were nice, however the only thing that the rooms need are small fridges. Not having a fridge is a little frustrating. Overall though, we would stay here again. Room smelled, may of been a smoking room before. Front desk staff were legit, very helpful. Other than bringing the hotel out of 1981 with some remodeling and it's a decent place. Very nice staff with good transportation to the airport. The room was quiet and well supplied. Connected to a good restaurant with beautiful views of the sea planes on the lake. The bed and pillows were pretty good. Soft sheets. The shower was wonderful - hot water and great pressure. I gave it a 3 because carpets seemed a little dirty and they have no elevator for second floor.
