I wouldn't even give this place one star they are fraudulent and give you lemons as a car. They picked me up at 1 am and gave me a car that had bad brakes, bald tires and horrible customer service when I told them I didn't feel comfortable driving this car they got mad and said there's no reason for that. I drove to the gas station where the attendant told me the tires were bald and studded tires which were illegal to drive around since there was no snow. I went back and was told I would get a full refund. They told me to walk back to the airport at 230 am with my luggage that was not close. They finally took me back to airport I never rented there car and now am battling with my bank and them for my money as they chose to steal my money and not give it back saying me driving to the gas station was a "1" day rental. This place is a joke and shouldn't even be in business. I rented through enterprise got a brand new clean car and actually ran. Please do not waste your money through them as you will regret it. Enterprise at the airport is far better, amazing customer service and takes debit cards which is the only reason I went through these guys I didn't have a major credit card never will I or anyone I know ever go here. They are fraudulent and not nice people at all 2 time renting with this company.
