First, this place had no reviews on Google... should have been a red-flag. Had a van reservation in place 6-ish months before our trip. 1.5 months out and the guy cancels on me, tells me there is no way I can drive to Eagle, AK in one day from Anchorage. I told him I have done it in the past, it's 11 hours. Still said no and screwed me. After calling many other van rental companies in Anchorage I found out this guy has a history of screwing people. My guess is he takes his business off Google to reset his bad review (if that is possible). Either way be warned, this guy is a joke. Hung up on me and he wouldn't even listen to my needs. Glad I'm not renting from these guys.
