Absolutly great experience with these guys. I've had to rent many vehicles for work and have had nothing compared to this place. I was able to make a reservation online in advance with ease. I had to call three times to make changes due to my situation changing, even up to the day before and they were very accommodating and helpful every time. When I arrived, I had messed up my own timing, but it was not issue for them. Service was great and easy. No issues with the van we rented. It was clean and in great shape. Will definitely be the first place I go if I need another rental in Anchorage. This family owned Rental agency is exceptional! Not only do they have awesome customer service, but the rates here can't be beat. I wanted to rent a Mid-size car but they were unavailable. I had to rent a Mid-size SUV. I talked with Gregg about what it says on the website about how if the vehicle that I wanted wasn't available that they would give me the same rate. He went ahead and did it! That is awesome. The employees were helpful and friendly and I was surprised at how efficient car pick-up and drop-off were. The mid-size car I rented was clean, comfortable, and reliable. I'd definitely rent from them again as it was a much better experience than I've had with the large rental agencies. Great rates (much better than Avis). Always available it seems. Excellent customer service. Good selection of vehicles. They'll even drop off in Whittier (for a very reasonable fee) to help accommodate your cruise schedule. We had a couple of (self-inflicted) issues crop up during our land tour, and Midnight Sun came to the rescue both times. Would rate 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
