Good price for a rental. Airport access would be nice. Just because you have all your cars rented out, you have to be rude to customers. Poor customer service from the short guy at the counter. Booked online. Had no trouble. Got a 2016 Model KIA . Well maintained cars and the process was quick and simple. Good customer Service at this Spenard Rd Location from my experience. Good staff and good value. Rented from Dollar and Thrifty in Anchorage several times. Always a great experience. Clean new cars and fair prices. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Definitely worth looking at first.
