I highly recommend this auto company for vehicle rentals. The price was reasonable and the Staff, in particular Joe, was extremely professional and kind. I had to return my rental early due to a conflict between insurances. While most companies take 3-5 business days to refund your card, this company refunded my car the next day. I would recommend that if you are not a smoker, be sure to notify staff so they will not put you in a vehicle that someone has smoked inside. The vehicle was a nice SUV with special pricing and handle my commute to the Valley just fine. The larger national car rental places were sold out last summer and I called Best Buy, and they had several cars for rent, at less than half of the other big guys. We rented a jeep which was maybe 2 or 3 years old, versus the bigger companies that have new cars. We didn't mind, and these guys were unbelievably helpful. I would highly recommend using them. It was a short trip by taxi from the airport, and the taxi driver even knew the place. You don’t need to be rude to your customers service even though they call and ask you some questions!!!!!!!! Not recommend these place!! Very knowledgeable guys. The going rate around town was around $150 per day and they were able to knock it down to $99. The car drove well and was very clean. Would definitely recommend to all my friends. Friendly staff. Great variety of vehicles at a affordable price.
