I haven't bought a car yet. Went and checked at these guys after hearing good things from a fellow airman. I came in on a busy day and immediately was helped by the girl who works there. The guy with the glasses working there didn't seem much interested in helping me. After checking out a few cars with her the guy came up and could barely talk. He was very pushy and tried to over talk her. He's obviously on something. I'll comeback and do business with them because they have great cars and fair prices, only if I work with the girl though. Jessica, I think. Wow. What can I say? I was looking for a great family vehicle and stopped by here after looking at 5 different other lots. I worked with Jess. She got me into an amazing vehicle for an even better price. I drove off the lot feeling great. Not only that the family atmosphere was worth the experience alone. Jess and Fanzli went above and beyond expectations. Absolutely stress free deal. I love this place, I'm sending everyone and anyone I know that way. I just bought a 2005 Nissan Altima SER from Three Brothers. As soon as we pulled on the lot Jess was there ready to help but not over pushy and annoying. She answered all of my questions about each vehicle I looked at. They were willing to flex on the price in order to work with my budget. They have a wide variety of cars to fit everyone's budget. You have to remember you get what you pay for when you buy a used vehicles but that being said, their vehicles are of the highest quality for the price you are paying. They all come with carfax reports ready to look at. And they also offer vouchers for getting the tags and title change over at dmv. Tests drives are as simple as providing a copy of your drivers license. And once I decided on a vehicle I was in and out with all the paper work signed and driving off the lot in 20 minutes. They also jumped through hoops to fast track getting my title to me quickly because of a time restraint I had with my insurance company. Over all I give this lot a 5 star A1 rating for everything. Thank you Jess and Three Brothers Auto. I love my car. Stopping by three brothers was an enjoyable experience. I was shopping many different car lots for a specific vehicle. Three brothers was able to deliver. After a few visits and tests drives I made a purchase. These guys work hard. My apartment is close by their lot so I would stop by on my drives home from work. Knowing what I wanted for my purchase, we worked out the numbers and made it happen. Sold us a car with problems that became evident before we got it home. They fixed the problem but then charged us $500 to have it fixed. But did not let us know we would be charged or how much until it was done. If it wasn't our only car, I would have left it there. These people are not honest about what is considered pre-existing problems.
