Needed a new Dometic 310 toilet for my RV and ABC RV Sales were the only one in the state that had it in stock. The parts guy brought it out of the back with the box opened I looked inside to see if the toilet was OK and it seemed fine. When I got back to the RV I discovered that they had canabilzed the water valve from the rear of the toilet. I managed to take a like one from my old toilet and after a trip to the hardware store for a new hose clamp I got it installed. It works fine but it ticks me off that they would sell just part of the toilet at full price. Just another reason why I would never buy an RV in Alaska: have a few hours before work so stopped by some RV places, the first place near dimond and Old Seward was great and we just purused around no problems, went to ABC and looked around, one was locked, found someone to unlock the door, looked in the RV a whole 5 minutes, when we were leaving I said thanks, but in all actuality we would most likely be buying down south because the Alcan leaving Alaska can be treacherous. The man became super rude and said that we weren't to come back and waste his time. We were dumbfounded. I have been to many RV places before through out the years, down south mainly, and never spoken to like that. So, if I was to buy it would be anyone but ABC RV at 5550 Old Seward Highway ABC Sales has been wonderful to work with! My wife, kids, and I stopped by in July only knowing we wanted a bunk house travel trailer; as this would be our first TT, we were clueless about different brands and floor plans out there. They had a wonderful wide selection in stock and we were given a tour of countless bunkhouse trailers. We must have been there for an hour touring trailer after trailer, and the staff was very knowledgeable and open about the pro/cons of different makes and plans. They were very patient with all our questions and wild kids. We were even sent home with a several brochures to help with our homework. We contacted ABC again in the winter for their best rates; Rob was easy to work with, responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and the prices were very competitive. We recommend ABC Sales! We bought a 2017 travel trailer from them 5 months ago. It is a piece of junk . The floor is soft and sinks about 2 " throughout the whole trailer. The trim is falling down . The walls and ceiling leak . They called us 2 weeks after we bought it and had to put new heavier. Axles on it the ones that came with it were to light. We've have had nothing but problems since.The front heater vent does not work and we paid 40,000 for it. I've called them about it and emailed them to and they will not return my calls. Any body know a good attorney? We were traveling through when our Norcold fridge have a no co error. Charlie did a hard reset and had us on our way in less than an hour.
