*Edit to the response from the owners* I have not received a phone call from them between April and June nor voicemails. I've called and called and asked and asked when am I getting my title and registration still hadn't gotten them I never once got a call between those time periods saying their ready for pick up. They "finally" found a part when I got in touch with them end of June. Still not getting any calls or any voicemails. If I'm getting new mileage on the truck but I've been having several engine problems while I hardly used the truck. I finally got a hold of them in JUNE hence getting the truck in April I had to go in and get another temp tag at the end of June that is almost three months. If I can go with negative stars I would. If you read what Pamela Padgett went through with them I'm currently going through the same problem. I've never had to deal with such crooked people in my life. I bought myself a 2002 Dodge Ram and I've had NOTHING but problems with it. It's costing me more to fix the truck then what it's worth. I've gotten this truck back in April and I left for work in June STILL did not have any papers for it. Millage was at 200 thousand something. they said they needed to fix the millage called and called they were "busy" then now this truck is costing me an arm and leg to fix. Not worth coming here for a vehicle. Go anywhere but here. Michelle is Wonderful she has Intergirty and Patience I can't express the gratitude, I am very lucky to find People who are honest when it comes to Car Sales Thank You A n L and the Prices were beyond Fair Great dealer and fair pricing! These guys are true professionals! Honestly it was horrible. I bought a 2000 dodge stratus for 2300 2499 total including title fees and what not and found out later that the car was only worth about 1500 blue book value in great condition. Within a couple of months the distributor went out over 1000 dollar repair and then a couple of months later it went out again!!!! They constantly told me that they would give it a trade in value of 2000 because of how many problems I had with it, problem was they gave me the run around about it so many times it made my head spin telling me one thing and doing another.... Finally I got fed up and went with another dealer. ( Red White and Blue) and had a much better experience. Our family has purchase 3 vehicles and sold 1 vehicle with A&L Family Auto Sales. Very good customer service, willing to go out of their way to help find the car you are looking for. If you are looking to buy a used car you should stop by and see them, they are awesome!!
