I recently got a flat tire and had to have my car towed into the KIA service department. With the exception of the towing company whom, if I were rating them would get 0 stars, my experience with Lithia KIA was excellent, each individual from KIA roadside assistance, to Dan, Tyler and Carrie in the service department treated me as if I were their main priority and that felt awesome. I was happy when I bought my car and these folks are guaranteeing that I will remain happy throughout my ownership of the vehicle. Kudos to Anchorage Lithia Kia for having such awesome people on their staff. We had a great experience at Lithia Kia of Anchorage! Our Salesman John Colbry was very patient with all of our questions and showed us everything within our budget that met our needs. There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy and I never felt rushed. The finance guys answered all of our questions and we were able to work out affordable payments that included the extended warranty. Our car needed to be detailed and a few things looked at (a headlight replaced and whatnot). John did a great job keeping us informed on the status and the Service Manager didn't mind taking the time to explain everything that was done in layman's terms for me. Everyone was very pleasant and they took good care of us. We had looked at a couple dealerships but I'm glad we chose this one. We will use them again for the next vehicle! Was looking at buying a car from here and went in to test drive it and get an offer for our car to trade. We were in a hurry and let them know up front we weren't buying today, just there to see the car and ask for a trade in value since we didn't have a lot of time. They said sure we'll get it done as quick as we can. We wait for them to look at our car to get us a value and then they said "Oh well there are a couple other people in front of you so unless you want to wait a couple hours or buy now you'll have to come back for the trade in value". They could have just told us that before making us wait. This was after my wife received 2 emails that were barely readable from on of the employees. Then I called back the next day to ask if the car was still available because we were going to come back since we had more time. The guy I spoke with said I'll let you know and give you a call or text back. Never heard anything back. Finally called back the next day and the car had been sold. This is one of the less professional dealerships I've visited. My husband is very pleased with his truck and is proud when he drives it. Yes, it took a few tries prior selecting the right one but it all worked at for the best. Thanks goes to Eric, Dennis, Richard and Jim, and oh yes Lewis. Yes, it was a team effort.
