  My salesman was awesome he's a great salesman didn't beat around the bush was doing everything he could to help me make this happen for me the finance manager Matt during the sale of my truck he was awesome were things went really bad and wrong was when I asked for a transmission flush because not only that I work at a transmission shop for almost 7 years I'm a pretty damn good mechanic and the transmission fluid smell burnt the transmission felt a little sluggish they wouldn't give me the transmission flush well less than 5 days later my transmission started having some major problems like taking up to 10 seconds before engaging into drive or reverse but once in drive or reverse it was fine but the initial engagement or drive or reverse took anywhere between 5 to 10 seconds which is not good Maya fluid had become gummed up and the fact that these 4L100 in this Ford have huge valve body's and huge valves they tend to gum the fluid up quickly so right at about 60,000 miles the fluid needs to be changed because within a few thousand miles the transmission will start not working properly and when I complained and told them I had to have a truck they told me I would be stuck with a car witch after 5 days I'm sorry I should have been given a truck no questions asked My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra gt from Ben smith at Hyundai of anchorage, his knowledge and experience really made the car buying experience an awesome adventure for us both, he didn't cut corners , he diligently explained everything and crunched the numbers for us. He went above and beyond to make sure that we knew exactly what we were going into. And when 1 car didn't play out , he searched for another option for us. He spent the entire day about 7+ hours with us. The experience was awesome , great customer service and people skills. I would highly recommend Ben smith at Hyundai of anchorage. If your looking for a new whip. Great service. Been here numerous time to change over tires and get my oil changed and if I have any questions or concerns with my car. Fabulous customer service and speedy service. Totally recommend Oskar was amazing from the get go. He was genuine, he was not trying to persuade me to purchase the car, he answered the questions my family and I had to the best of his knowledge. He did not pressure us or made us feel as if we had to be extremely careful to not get tricked, we did not feel rushed. When I notified him about us canceling the appointment we had to negotiate a car, he said there was no problem and to let him know if there is anything he could do for us. He did not insist and he did not blow up my phone with calls/ questions. We didn't go for the car we had seen since I decided to shop around some more, but when it comes to Oskar, I would love to do business with him In the future. I just purchased, my 3rd vehicle in 15 months. A 2013 Sonata GLS, 2014 Sonata Hybrid limited, and a 2017 Sonata Hybrid limited. Blake, my sales representative, took the time and effort to make sure I understood all the Vehicle features. His knowledge of the car, was amazing. The Sonata, is a world class vehicle, with industry leading safety features and luxurious amenities. The General Sales Manager, and his Staff, worked very hard and efficiently on securing the best option for my financing.
