  Mike P (salesman) Henry (Manger) were great with this purchase. I have purchased 3 other vehicles through Henry and he’s a great guy to BS with while still getting a good deal. I know the dealership has always made money from me and that’s good. They have to make money or they wouldn’t stay open. But lithia dodge team makes me feel good about the purchases when I leave and today was no different. I bought a Black Friday special today and Our daughter is happy!!! I ordered tires from Lithia Dodge almost two weeks ago and was told it'd take about a week, maybe even a little more than that as they had to source them from two or three different places. I'm not entirely sure of the logistics on that one or if they're even able to get shipment status updates from the distributors. Its been over two weeks now and I still have yet to hear back. I've called three times to get status updates which may be a bit much but I wouldn't think it'd take over two weeks. The most frustrating part was to be told one thing by the parts department saying my tires were in and then get told by the service department they only had ONE of my tires ready. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of communication. I gave Lithia until Friday 10/20/2017 before I cancel my order and go elsewhere. Unfortunately this may be the first and last time I source tires from the dealership my 2015 Jeep Wrangler came from. I'm starting to wonder if all five did come in and my tires are on someone else's vehicle which would explain why ONE tire was left behind. I did F/U with Lithia today (10/20/2017) to give them one last shot to see if they had maybe received my tires before I cancelled my order. I guess in order to get good service you need to prepay for parts (especially tires). I understand they may have had past customers order without paying and never returned to complete the transaction but unfortunately Lithia Dodge of South Anchorage just lost a customer. They lost me a few years ago when it took them four hours to do an oil change on my first Jeep Wrangler. I was willing to give them another shot but just seems like service and parts don't talk to each other all that much and I can only speculate my order was sold to someone else who happened to need the same size, brand, and model of tire I ordered. Well thanks for nothing Lithia. I can't recommend your parts or service department to anyone. The service department was exceptional as always. The tech that helped me hide my block heater cable went out of his way to assist me after I had already paid. The Customer service experience that I had, is why I will continue to do business there. So to the service team at Lithia, Thank you. I bought used car from this dealership, a former trade in. They provided an excellent deal, as well as were incredibly helpful throughout the buying process giving me all of the information I needed. I was informed on the status of the car, and all traits of the vehicle, positive and negative(including damages) were made clear to me. The process took a little longer than I expected, however my vehicle was previously owned and needed some extra attention on the dealer’s end. Very satisfied overall! Well, I was a little upside down in my truck, about 4K. Looked at a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, fully loaded, super nice ride. Kevin and his team did all they could and ended up eating some of my negative equity to make it happen for me and my wife. Mike was constantly keeping us up to date on what was going on and was very accommodating. Would come back and purchase a vehicle and I recommend to friends for sure.
