Great buying experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking. I got a used Chevy here and the maintenance experience has been phenomenal. From the actual service to the shuttle back to the house and option for pick up.. nothing to complain about here. 4 stars because recently got quoted for service and was not happy about the price for something so small. Update: Donnie sold us a car with a known recall. Their service department communication doesn't return messages. Very disappointing and I would not recommend them at all. Original Review: We worked with Donnie Stuart and Nick to buy our truck. Could not have had a better experience. Donnie is super laid back and very knowledgeable about trucks so we felt at ease and confident about our purchase. We would definitely go back there again. Colin and Nick were wonderful to work with and tried very hard to get me what I needed. The process was fast and easy! I will definitely buy from these guys again! So pleased with the new leadership of Mr.Kris Maxie managing the Service Department. After years of disappointing experiences Kris has pleasantly changed our perspective of the service at Ford. Appreciate his diligence and professionalism in leading his team to successful interactions with the public. Additionally, the Service Advisor Anne Hobson from the Quick Lane handled our most recent service transaction there. She is cheerful, polite, knowledgeable and considerate. Thank-you to both Kris on his excellent leadership & Anne for providing us with not only a new found perspective, but a place we can now count on to bring our vehicles to for service. Keep on keepin' on @ Kendall! The guys went above and beyond! I needed a bit of grace and had some hoops to jump through. They responded pleasantly and professionally. I’ll be back.
