all of the kendall dealer ships that i've dealt with have been a hassle. try calling to get parts and 9 times out of 10 I am asked to leave a message and I never receive a call back or when I do actually talk to someone the parts are s/o or if in stock I am told later that no sorry those are s/o. VERY Disappointed with kendall's poor service. I don't even think that they warrant even one star. but I had to give them one to be able to post this review. Review for Porsche of Anchorage, Kendall Auto Group Dirty business practice and highly unethical. Took my $5000 deposit for a 2018 GT3 and told me my name is #1 on the list. I agreed to the markup over MSRP they suggested and my spot was supposed to be secured. I waited for months for news of allocation.. I kept following up.. and finally was told that management had decided to give my spot away to someone else.. Perhaps to someone who was willing to pay even higher over MSRP than I did. But the fact of the matter is, we were already in agreement. This is a terrible way to conduct business and gives Porsche a bad name.. I had a Audi S4 that I had the timing service done at Kendall Audi of Anchorage. They backed their service for a year. 4 months and 2k mikes later the timing belt slips and ruins the engine. The dealer says that the timing belt did not slip and it would be 24k for a new engine. I then brought my car to a different import specialist shop in town and they confirmed that it was he timing belt that was broke and provided me with pictures. J contacted the dealer then and they refused to take respondibity for their service because the car had been touched by a private party. I miss Morrison cause Kendall is crap! I have been going to Audi for some time and since Kendall took over all I can say is that they're service is absolutely atrocious. I took my car in to have some new suspension parts put in and they gave me my car back in worse shape than I gave it to them in. It was also at closing time so they made me come back the following Friday so they could look at it again to fix it, and charged me an extra $100. The customer service they give is also horrible. I wanted a quote for some work I wanted to get done on my car and I wrote two emails to them, called twice, left messages, and came in-person twice to get the stupid quote and was told each time that someone would get back to me. They didn't. I also believe that I've been blatantly lied to by the Audi service rep. Once saying that she emailed me back, she didn't, claiming that she didn't know where it was sent to, and once telling me she couldn't give me a hard copy of the quote because they didn't have a copier or a scanner. I know for a fact that my email is in they're system since I get promotional crap all the time from them. I also think that not having a scanner and a copier is complete bullshit and that she just didn't want to deal with me. She also broke conversation with me to talk to some random guy who walked in who wanted to trade his rental for a Q5. Extremely rude. Anyway Kendall Audi is terrible. They're overpriced, impossible to get genuine information from, and overall they're customer service is terrible. Better off going somewhere else for anything related to German cars.
