I needed to get rid of a vehicle that wasn't all that pretty before flying out of Anchorage. I went to or called many other companies in the area but no one felt it was worth their time. Good Guys Auto lived up to their name. Not only did they take my ugly beast they also gave me a ride to my hotel. I highly reccommend doing business with Good Guys Auto because they are good people. OMG !!!! What can I say ! I've been treated like I was VIP everyone at Good Guy Auto have been really helpful including Jose and definitely Ben if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have a vehicle , Ben is professional and get things done even if you aren't in the same city , he never once gave up when things got complicated. I just want to say thank you so much I would highly recommend Ben as your salesman. Overall best experience Ben was a great person to deal with. Very professional, easy to talk to and very willing to do what was necessary to make things work out !! We really like the truck we bought from them !!! Great selection of vehicles and good prices. The friendly staff just sealed the deal for us. Jennie you were great to work with and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Jennie was super amazing. She was very helpful, patience and attentive. She went above and beyond to help get in to something decent. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
