A few weeks ago, my husband and I went in to discuss a car and trade in options. We didn't take an offer at that time because we wanted to think it over more. I went back in 2 days later, and was ignored, then given a brush off, and eventually a promise of a call later that day. I got ONE call asking how to spell our name or something basic like that, and another promise for a call with a good deal for us. Several weeks later, I'm still waiting on that call. Needless to say, I'm no longer interested in conducting business here. I would not recommend, either. Arnold (I think was his name...) is a typical, disinterested, fast talking car salesman your parents warn you to avoid. Lesson learned. We love our new Ford Escape. Ben listened to our needs and is nice and awesome, also he is funny!! Although I don't have that Ford Escape anymore Kenny and Thomas found me an amazing Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and I'm loving it so far since I got it.
