Bought a truck as is from there for $9,000 after it dropped from $11,000 so that should have been an indication to me. Got it home and showed my brother. He flipped the 4w low switch to engage it. Now it is stuck and won’t come out. Towed it to the shop. Got a $4,000 estimate on it and later when brought to Travis’ attention, was completely denied any assist with the cost. After he told me the day that I bought it that there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. He’s a crook. Reminds me of the dad from Matilda. I bought a Rav4 from Freedom Auto Sales. I was treated very well by Travis. He went above and beyond customer service for me. The Rav broke down shortly after I took possession of it. Travis came out to where I was and had the car towed to a shop. 2 days later he told me I could choose another car to replace the Rav4 because it would cost more to fix it than I paid for it. I picked another car and Travis took care of the paperwork. The 2nd car is a great car. I have had no problems with it and I live and work out near Glenallen. Travis sold me on an "as is" car. He could have told me it was my problem when I reached out to him when it died in the middle of an intersection. He did not. He knew I was a stranger to the area and that I live and work 200 miles from Anchorage. If you are a seasonal worker and you need a car, go see Travis. He is a good guy who will take great care of you. Bought an Audi A6 2002 from them for $6000 and have had to take it to the shop to get something fixed almost every month. Not happy with my experience here. Good service and selection
