Felt comfortable talking to Lee and really appreciated that he walked through the whole process. Great place, great people. I had a surreal experience at Dependable. This was actually my last stop on a long list of car lots and dealerships that I visited, and while I met plenty of friendly car sales people -and some truly awful ones (Kendall), Dependable had actual decent-not-hungry people working there. I didn't feel like my gender or price point was determining how I was being treated, it was so refreshing to have a completely transparent conversation and actually be helped- IMAGINE THAT! I recommend asking for Sean, he is amazing, he helped me even when it didn't benefit him and gave me some sound advice as well as steer me to another bank that financed what I wanted at an even lower interest rate than I thought possible! This is how all car buying experiences should go, thanks Dependable and Sean for behaving like it's 2017 not mid-evil times - other car dealers could learn something from you. We bought an old Jeep (1998). We were under no impression that the vehicle was in perfect condition but it only had 130,000 miles on it and the body is in great shape. We knew going out that there would be things we would have to fix probably but were told it was in good shape and they do an inspection on it before putting it for sale. After we drove it off the lot, we were hearing noises from the front and rear tires. Neither of us are mechanics but we knew it didn't sound right so we took it to a mechanic and got back an estimate that was quite disappointing. The items that need fixing are pretty severe and important. Something that definitely should've been caught in an inspection. I called dependable several times before I got a call back. Our salesman said to bring in an estimate and he'd see what the owner said. That was over a week ago and we haven't heard anything back. We aren't even looking for them to take care of everything (and I said that to him) but to sell a vehicle that almost isn't safe to be on the road and may need $2500 in repairs doesn't seem very dependable to me and on top of that, they have just chosen to ignore our request for some sort of assistance. Amazing! Kanuri got me in and out so fast with a great deal! I'm so happy and pleased! I will refer everyone i know to him and the next car I get I will be coming back to him! Make sure you check them out! Had a great experience buying a truck from Dependable. Ryan was a great salesman who was very low pressure and got us a great deal. A month after I purchased the truck it had a minor mechanical issue and they fixed it that day for free and gave me a loaner car while they worked. Would recommend buying here, honest people in the used car world is hard to find.
