My Husband I bought a camper from Denali Auto Group and we have been nothing short of disappointed. When you buy a BRAND NEW 2017 camper, things should be in working condition. We have had issues with the slide, hot water heater, pump, gas leak, insulation falling out of the bottom of the trailer, the water connection being broken and the running lights blinkers and brake lights not working; all within a month of purchasing the "NEW" travel trailer. We called Denali Auto Group 3 TIMES and left message after message and have not received one call back from them. Being that my family too owns a small business, its sad to have to leave a terrible review. However, I also know what it means to take care of your customers and we were not taken care of at all. We were also told we would get a run down of how to work all the components on the trailer and that was not the case. Overall, I'm sad to say I would never do business with them again because we were not taken care of in a way customers should be. Kanuri and his team are great to work with! They went out of their way to ensure we are are satisfied with our purchase, and were very courteous. They approached their job with humbleness, and professionalism that my wife and I really appreciated. Thanks again gentlemen! I was about to give up but my last visit was Denali auto group KANURI STOKES giving me the opportunity to work together with my family. I will most definitely go back and buy more cars and do business with Mr. stokes.
