When we bought our car from here, we purchased a maintenance plan. After receiving services, we were sent a survey and an email to see if we were completely satisfied. I was not - I emailed THREE people and never got a response. Why do you ask a customer if they’re satisfied if you don’t even respond or try and fix it? Not happy with their customer service. We bought an Outback from them and a remote start. Sales definitely didn't mention the remote start they were selling us wasn't even available. It's taken multiple visits and 2 months to get it installed and it still isn't done. Staff is friendly but it does not appear that they know what they're doing. Can't say we'll work with them or buy another Subaru in the future. I didn't buy my car from this dealership, however I have now had two separate encounters with Paul and the rest of the Continental Subaru staff. They demonstrate excellent customer service through friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who always seem willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, Paul and the rest of the crew at Continental Subaru. Well done! Customer service was great! The staff was informative and patient with me on my 1st time buying a new car. Purchased my first new car here. Sales man was very helpful and nice getting me the vehicle I wanted and helped get me financing so I could drive it home that day. Brought it back to get autostart installed 13 days later (worked for my schedule, they were ready to put it in a few days after purchase but I wasn’t available) and I expected it was going to take a while so I was going to hangout at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have a caffe/ bakery inside the dealership that serves everything from coffee to soups and bread. While I was waiting I had a guy stop what he was doing and came over to me to ask my name so he could go get me an update on my car. Very courteous and helpful staff.
