We walked in and a vehicle was purchased that same day. The staff was very professional and it was a relief to meet Jonathan (unsure of spelling) who was extremely kind and honest as well. I'm extremely happy with the way my family members were treated, especially with the horrible treatment they received from a salesman from a dealership on the same street. Will definitely recommend Jonathan and this dealership to all future family and friends :) I had a lot of trouble with this dealership. I purchased a new car from Continental Nissan two years ago and only had one bad experience after another. For example I was issued a recall for my car via mail by corporate Nissan. When I called Continental Nissan to schedule my appointment for it, they said that they did not have the parts for the recall and didn't plan to get the parts. They told me the recall wasn't necessary. I had to call the corporate office and asked them to get involved in order to get the parts ordered. The list goes on, but this is just one example. I would not recommend buying a car from Continental Nissan. They've been hit or miss service wise. A year ago, I would have only given them 1star, however their service dept. seems to be getting better. It's still a ridiculous 7 minute hold time, just to schedule an appt. & good luck ever being able to get a loaner car, even though the salesman that sold us our car told us we'd have no problem. Didnt purchase a vehicle here but have called repeatedly and emailed to get some warranty repairs done. Seems i keep getting the "run-around," with a "this person will give you a call back shortly and never received a call so i would call again and get the same response. Finally decided to email 3 days ago and it said someone would get in touch and STILL no call. I need my vehicle worked on and as it still has warranty, im not touching it myself. Maybe this review will work but nothing else has worked so im doubting it. I came to Continental Nissan to get some maintenance done on my car. I'm still quite the new driver so this seemed to be an intimidating experience however the kind staff made it painless. They were very informative and the repairs were done with a fair price and great timing. The shuttle service was also a huge plus for a busy person like me. I will definitely come back here for my car needs.
