Service rep Alan was very professional, he had a loaner car warmed up for me when I dropped off my car. The service work was done quickly. It was a very pleasant day. Bruce in the service department is always incredibly patient and easy to work with. I feel very well taken care of here and will I would recommend BMW without reservation Cool place to visit as they have some of the latest BMW 's in Stock regularly. The manager there is very friendly and comes out to meet clients when they are shopping for a vehicle. The building itself is small but the lot is pretty sizable for its location in down town Anchorage. The sales staff are not pushy and are helpful. If you want a sweet new BMW check them out as they also offer used and new vehicles. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from BMW of Anchorage and I have had a great experience each time. I've worked with Ansel in sales and he went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the perfect vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Ansel specifically to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They've taken great care of me since I moved up here from NYC on both the service and sales side of the house. No qualms about recommending them to anyone for their BMW needs. The new showroom is really nice too!
