Jared and Damon ended up being great to work with for the purchase of my new truck. Jared, the owner, personally payed for some repairs that were needed on my truck that in all honesty he did not have to do. Damon stayed more than an hour after closing to help me get my paperwork in order. Got a great deal on my truck too, I highly recommend them. This car dealership is Fraud. They sold me a truck with a transmission that failed not even two weeks after I had it. After multiple times if us going up there to figure out the problem of why the service engine light was on. They told us more then one time the transmission was new and fine after looking it up to the IMelE reader. Now they don't want to help fix the problem. They don't want to give us a loaner car while our truck is in the shop. They are FRUAD AND SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!! I have been looking for the right car for me for a few months now and other dealerships were always such a hassle to work with and took forever. I inquired about a vehicle here after their business hours but i was contacted the very next day saying I was already approved and asked when the soonest i could come by was. I went there on my day off and the process was super simple and fast, by far the quickest/best experience i've had at a car dealership yet. Highly recommend if you're in search of a vehicle. I bought a Nissan Titan from Damon. It was a great experience and their prices are very fair and highly competitive. I was able to take the truck for a test drive by myself. I called ahead and told Damon I wouldn't be able to make it before they closed and he offered to stay late to work with me. Excellent business, highly recommend. Great place. I'll definitely recommend it! I flew down from Fairbanks and I had talked to and bugged Damon prior to my arrival with all sorts of questions. He was very helpful and patient and he even took the vehicle I wanted over to a local mechanic shop so I could get a buyer's inspection done prior to my arrival. The owners and Damon are very nice and easy to deal with and they know customer service. They gave me a great deal on my vehicle and customized a warranty for my needs.
